Mr. Donald A. DeVito II (Senior Vice
President, Morgan Stanley), Dr. Malcolm
O’Neill (Vice President and Chief Technical Officer,
Lockheed Martin Corporation), and Mr. James
R. Von Ehr II (Founder, Chairman and CEO of Zyvex Instruments).
Mr.
Donald A. DeVito II is a Senior Vice President for
Morgan Stanley. He has spent over 22 years as a Financial
Advisor, Registered Investment Advisor, and Municipal Finance
Professional in Albany, New York. He is also a Retirement
Planning Specialist and an expert in Money Management and
Estate Planning.
As a Senior Vice President, he is responsible
for developing Morgan Stanley’s investment banking and
corporate finance initiatives in the Capital Region of New
York, as well as overseeing the management of client portfolios.
De Vito also serves as the CEO and President
for Auxilia Corporation. The Company focuses on the commercialization
of high-altitude airship technology for civil application
developed by a joint venture between Lockheed Martin Corporation
and Stratcom International. He recently created the New York
State Council for Defense Contractors and serves as founding
Chairman. The Council focuses on issues related to service
providers for National Defense Agencies.
He was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army
and the New York Army National Guard. He last served as a
Captain in the 10th Mountain Division. Mr. DeVito was a distinguished
honor graduate of the U.S. Army Intelligence School and a
graduate of the U.S. Army Infantry School.
He is Chairman of the Center for the Disabled
Commercial Services Board and a Director on both the Center
for the Disabled Governing Board and Foundation Board. He
is a Vice President and Treasurer of the Duanesburg Area Community
Center and past President of the Board of Directors of the
Duanesburg Education Foundation. He is a Board member for
the Center for Economic Growth and Chair of the Global Trends
Committee. He was also the Mayor of Delanson, New York and
Deputy Supervisor and Councilman of Duanesburg, New York.
DeVito received his Bachelor of Science degree
in Finance from Siena College (Loudonville, NY) and is a graduate
of the School of Advanced Financial Management.
Dr. Malcolm R. O’Neill
is the retired Vice President and Chief Technical Officer
of Lockheed Martin Corporation. He reported to the Executive
Office and is responsible for exercising oversight responsibility
for research, engineering, program management and integrated
mission analysis functions throughout the corporation.
After retiring from the United States Army,
O’Neill joined Lockheed Martin in September 1996 to
serve as Vice President, Mission Success, Operations and Best
Practices in Space Systems. During the period of 1996–99,
he was responsible for providing leadership and functional
direction of operational matters for Space Systems as they
concerned mission success, program management, procurement,
manufacturing, materials management and product assurance.
He was also responsible for Space Systems activities in support
of a major LMC initiative to increase productivity and improve
performance by adopting best practices from both within and
outside the corporation.
During his military career he held numerous
prominent positions including, Director, Ballistic Missile
Defense Organization; Deputy Director, Strategic Defense Initiative
Organization; Director, Army Acquisition Corps; Commander,
Army Laboratory Command; and Deputy for Program Assessment
and International Cooperation, Office of the Assistant Secretary
of the Army (Research, Development and Acquisition). He served
as Project Manager, Multiple Launched Rocket System; Deputy
Project Manager, NATO Patriot Systems; and Program Manager,
Strategic Fire Control Systems, Defense Advanced Research
Projects Agency. He has also had significant responsibilities
directing numerous and varied research, development, engineering,
and manufacturing operations.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, O’Neill
graduated from De Paul University (Chicago, IL) with a Bachelor
of Science in Physics and received both a Master of Arts and
Doctorate in Physics from Rice University (Houston, TX).
is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive
Officer of Zyvex Instruments, Chairman and CEO of Zyvex Labs,
Chairman and CEO of Zyvex Asia, and a board member of Zyvex
Performance Materials.
