Nanotechnology leader continues its Sales expansion
Richardson, Texas (July 7, 2004)
Zyvex Corporation, the first molecular nanotechnology
company, today announced the addition of Lance Criscuolo to
its Worldwide Sales team. Criscuolo will lead the North American
sales development strategy, leveraging Zyvex’s strong
technical position and customer-driven focus.
This new position reflects Zyvex’s continued
worldwide expansion and commitment to attaining revenues through
product licensing, product sales, and government and customer
alliances. In addition to North America, the company has worldwide
representatives in China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea,
Malaysia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom,
and Vietnam through alliances with Keithley Instruments, Inc.;
Caltron Pte, Ltd.; and LOT-Oriel.

commercialization expertise and reputation for delivering
results to our global team,” said Zyvex’s President,
Thomas A. Cellucci, PhD. “Zyvex has a well-established
track record with our NanoWorks™ Tools and NanoMaterials™
Products for Health Care, Electronics, Telecommunications,
Aerospace, and Defense. Lance will aggressively introduce
these capabilities to our North American markets.”
Criscuolo possesses particular strengths in
introducing new products and creating strategic partnerships
with potential clients. He also brings several years of experience
in the growth and development of well established corporations
and emerging companies. He was most recently the South Central
Territory Manager for the vision-based metrology group of
Nikon Instruments Inc., USA. He brings more than ten years
of experience in high technology capital equipment sales.
His product experience includes high-end vision systems, semiconductor
factory automation and robotics, Space and Defense related
electronics, medical devices, and commercial electronics.
He holds a BSME from Texas Tech University in
Lubbock, Texas and has two patents in thermoelectric technologies.
