The nProber™ Nanomanipulation System is designed and optimized to electrically probe sub-100nm features on a semiconductor die. The system consists of a Zyvex Nanomanipulator/Prober, an FEI Quanta 200 FEG System, a DC measurement system, a built-in chamber cleaning system (the Zyvex Optimizer), and software to control all the components.

The sProber™ System combines Zyvex’s unique S100 nanomanipulation capabilities with Keithley’s powerful 4200 semiconductor characterization system.

The S100 Nanomanipulator System is a manipulation and testing tool used with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) for micro- and nanoscale research, development, and production applications.

Zyvex also provides NanoEffector® Probes.
