The S100 Nanomanipulator System is a manipulation
and testing tool used with a scanning electron microscope
(SEM) for micro- and nanoscale research, development,
and production applications.
The S100 features up to four positioners that grasp,
move, test, and optimally position micro- and nanoscale
samples with four axes of movement. The S100 enables
simultaneous manipulation, imaging, and testing
at the nanometer scale.You

The S100 is easy to install. The joystick and illuminated
keypad provide unparalleled control. Interchangeable NanoEffectors
expand the types of experiments you can perform on meso,
micro-, and nanoscale structures. Modular
Design
• Modular unit provides adaptability (e.g., using
the system with an optical microscope, transferring
experiments to an AFM, performing low noise electrical
measurements of samples).
• Modular design of positioners and probes allow
them to be easily interchanged.
• Multiple positioners increase testing and characterization
options.

• Five dedicated, low-noise electrical connections
are included on each positioner for electrical measurements
