Nanoscale Semiconductor Testing (NST) provides DC electrical
characterization of semiconductor components, as well as nanoscale
materials such as carbon nanotubes and inorganic nanowires,
with both two-point and four-point Kelvin measurements down
to 1 pa DC. NST is using Zyvex’s sProber Nanomanipulator
System which combines the powerful S100 nanomanipulation capabilities
with Keithley’s 4200 semiconductor characterization
