NanoSolve™ Capabilities

Zyvex has developed a method to process carbon nanotube surfaces, that leads to a better than 50-fold enhancement of solubility compared to other leading functionalization schemes. This method enables superior control of the relative placement of functionalities on the nanotube surfaces and does not degrade the nanotubes as other methods do. In addition, our technology works with virtually any diameter nanotube and is integrated into the backbone of the rigid conjugated polymers.

Zyvex also has the capabilities to certify carbon nanotube quality, manage the complete nanomaterials supply chain, deliver carbon nanotube-based additives, deliver enhanced materials, and provide processing recipes that transfer the
nanotube properties to a host matrix (such as engineering plastics, ceramics, and epoxies).

To ensure a reliable, quality, industrially ready supply chain of its
NanoSolve™ Materials products, Zyvex has also established and announced a Supply Certification Program, and we work closely with various partners to structure a business relationship based on the needs of our client.
